That is the phrase I accidentally used today on the phone with one of our biggest insurance clients. Luckily it was my account and I share a wonderful relationship with our main contact...thank god. Why? Because on a call today, with our legal counsel, COO, two directors and the client, I continually referred to one of the clients affiliates as One Nut instead of OneNet. Yes, not once, not twice, but three times atleast. It was so bad that at one point, the client got stuck on it and actually said One Nut too!
Lord love a duck! My colleague was laughing so hard (as was I) that I thought I was going to pee my pants. Really I did. It was close. Ugh
